Security Classification Label

This menu supports the systematic classification of policies and data within the service through grades and labels.

Label Grade

  • This is a higher classification criterion for distinguishing the security level of data.
    • Example: Confidential, Sensitive, Public
    • You can freely create it according to your intended purpose.
    • You can assign colors by grade, and the specified colors are used to visually distinguish grades in each service.

Label

  • Labels are subcategories based on the registered grade, and can be classified in detail according to the nature of the data or its intended use.
    • You can create multiple labels under one grade.
    • Example: Confidential → HR Information, Sensitive → External Sharing
